My Great Neighbourhood

What did our awesome community give ? The wonderfull people of our small town (approx. 600 people) gave my husband back his life! He had back surgery in Germany 4 months ago so that he could live without pain and not become paralized . After your agent Lee Ann Dueck sold our house and helped us buy another one 2 doors down that was half the size we where on our way to raise money for the surgery which cost 43,000. plus travel expenses adding up to 49,000. This awesome community and surrounding area came together and raised 31,000. for us by having a pork bbq, a soup & pie supper , hotdog bbq plus many donations on the side ! We are blessed to be living in the greatest community! My husband would not be pain free today if it wasn't for all these great people. The beauty is not in the landscape of this town but rather in the kind and caring hearts of the people.By the way, Lee Ann now lives on the same street we do!

We have the best neighbourhood bar none. Ya we have banks, parks post offices ...yadda yadda yadda....but WE HAVE A CREEK!

i see the mountains from my living ome -i see the snow on the mountains..I can hear the excitment downrown.fireworks ..yet I do not have to leave my palace to enjoy all these enjoyment..while i sit on my deck watching the mountains tall trees shrubs and neighbour hood children playing the smell of bbques in the sir..lawn been cut.. while i seep my single malts...i can walk to Little Saigon and be travelling smoewher or i can walk to Italy or China..what alocation...i can play loud music no one to bother me...all amenties are so close and convient re walk or bike ..bus...I do prefer my convertible in the summer though..

Our neighbourhood is on a cul-de-sac just minutes from town, hospitals etc. Tucked behind a mountain which reduces main road traffic noise - Biking trails, walking trails and wildlife are in your backyard. It is not uncommon to see deer walk across your front yard.
