My Great Neighbourhood

Glasgow Street is situated in Guelph's prestigeous but not pretentious neighbourhood. Located in the heart of downtown, it boasts charm, history and warmth. On any given day, rain or shine, the street is full of cyclists, joggers and walkers - and not all from the neighbourhood! Every home is very unique and organic - as are its owners and renters. The local Farmer's Market, beautiful Exhibition Park and the city's Civic Museum are all fellow neighbours to this beautiful area. Glasgow is Love!

We live in a new subdivision in the west end. We have been living here for 3 years now. We built our home not knowing anyone or even having any neighbours. Not long after we moved in houses started going up like crazy. Before we knew it we had neighbours arm length away. All our houses look alike and it’s full of kids. This is great for us since we have 2 of our own kids! We have really gotten to know our neighbours it’s full of different people from retired couples, military and tons of nurses. It’s comforting to know I live around 4 nurses, if there are ever any problems I don’t have very far to go! I love my neighbourhood because it’s in a great area close to Costco and a great park for the kids.

I am a very fortunate person. I was born in Gaspe Quebec and I do love Gaspe but I have found another home. I now call Burlington Ontario my home. Burlington is a beautiful, clean and friendly city. Living in Burlington Ihas alot of advantages. First of all we have a lovely beach. Plenty of shopping. Friendly faces when we go out. The teachers in the schools are fantastic. Accessable to Toronto with many other advantages. I am so happy that I chose Burlington as my new home.
